No Refund or Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing 'The Text' services for your career consulting and writing needs. Please review the following policy details carefully before making a purchase:

1. Refunds and Exchanges: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on services purchased through our online store. All sales are final.

2. Appointment Booking: Clients must book their appointments within 30 days of purchasing the service. Failure to do so would result in the service being canceled without a refund.

3. Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their appointment booking twice within 30 days of purchase, provided they give at least 24 hours' notice. Any additional rescheduling may be subject to a rescheduling fee of 100 SAR. 

4. Project Completion: Client projects are to be completed within 60 days from the date of purchase. Please complete the project within this timeframe to avoid additional charges or termination of the service without a refund.

5. Documentation: To continue the process, clients must submit all required documentation for their project within 30 days of the consulting call. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 500 SAR to resume the project.
